Final exam of the IX generation

The Judicial Academy is organizing the final exam of the ninth generation of users of initial training in its premises in Belgrade, in the period from July 5 to 8, 2021.

Upon completion of the initial training, the beneficiaries of the initial training take the final examination, at which exclusively practical knowledge and competence acquired within the initial training are tested, to wit for doing the jobs of a:

• Judge of a misdemeanour court,
• Judge of a basic court, and
• Of a deputy public prosecutor in a basic prosecutor’s office.

The final examination is taken before the board of examiners consisting of five members, out of whom three members are judges, and two are prosecutors..

Schedule of taking of the examination by candidates by days

The five-member board of examiners consists of:

1. Milena Rašić, Judge of theAppellate Court in Belgrade 
2. Gordana Komnenić, Judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation in Belgrade 
3. Mirjana Grujičić, Judge of the High Court in Belgrade 
4. Svetlana Aleksić, Judge of the  High Court in Belgrade - the Special Department of the High Court for Organized Crime 
5. Tomislav Kilibarda, Appellate Public Prosecutor in Belgrade

They are going to mark the candidates using marks from 1 to 5 with special reference to the following criteria:

- Management of proceedings, 
- Legal argumentation, and
- Overall impression made by the presenter
