On 4 July, yet another seminar was held in the Judicial Academy on the topic of the application of the new Law on Personal Data Protection.
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the Gender Knowledge Hub, FemPlatz NGO and Women's Research Centre for Education and Communication (Niš), organized a consultative meeting on the topic of how to achieve a better social and institutional response to femicide in the Republic of Serbia?
The National Strategy for Advancing the Judiciary 2019-2024 includes solutions according to which the citizens shall have a much faster access to justice before the High Court in Belgrade, since the proceedings in civil matters shall be scheduled each two months.
The first three-day seminar dedicated to professional advancement of managers of the Control Division – Field Control and heads of regional departments of the Tax Police Division was organized in line with the agreement signed between the Judicial Academy and the Ministry of Finance – Tax Administration.
The Judicial Academy organized a training entitled Professional ethics in the prevention and fight against corruption. The training was held in Niš on 20 June at the Judicial Academy’s conference room.
On 14 June, the Judicial Academy, in the lecture hall of the Judicial Academy in Niš, provided the training under the title: „Application of the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence“.
