Safety and health at work is the provision of such working conditions which, to the greatest extent possible, reduce work injuries, occupational diseases and work-related illnesses and which predominantly create a presumption for the full physical, psychological and social well-being of employees.

The Judicial Academy assesses risks and undertakes all preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases or damage to the health of employees, also assesses the protection of persons, property and business and acts in accordance with these challenges.

The interest of the Judicial Academy is to achieve the highest level of safety, to minimize unwanted consequences such as occupational and work-related illnesses, i.e. to achieve working conditions in which employees would feel satisfied when performing their professional tasks . To achieve this goal, a systematic approach in preventive action is necessary.
