Based on Art. 67. i 68, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Organization of Courts ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 10/23) and Article 2 of the Rulebook on the Procedure for the Admission of Judicial Interns ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 92/17),

The Ministry of Justice advertises 

PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR FILLING WORKING PLACES OF JUDGES INTERNSHIP 

The competition was published in the "Official Gazette of the RS" number 75/04 of September 6, 2024.

This public competition includes courts and prosecutor's offices throughout the Republic of Serbia that accept interns, including the number of available vacancies in each of the courts and prosecutor's offices.

Based on Article 8 "Rulebook on the procedure for the admission of judicial trainees", as well as "Rulebook on the procedure for the admission of trainee prosecutors" (Official Gazette No. 92/2017), adopted on October 12, 2017, the entrance exams are conducted by the Judicial Academy, and in accordance with Entrance exam program for judge and prosecutor interns which was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Judicial Academy  on November 8, 2017. year

PASSING RECEIVING EXAM FOR JUDGES INTERNSHIPS - NOTICES FOR CANDIDATES

Dear candidates,

After collecting, processing and correcting all the data you left in the courts when applying for the competition announced by the Ministry of Justice ("Official Gazette of the RS", number 75/04 of September 6, 2024), The Judicial Academy determined:

Candidates are required to be in front of the exam room at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam in order to establish their identity.

Candidates are required to bring a public document with a photo, in order to establish their identity. After the identification, the candidate receives an identification form.
 

Candidates will be informed about everything in detail by e-mail from the address ispit.sud@pars.rs. The candidate is obliged to respond to every e-mail received as soon as possible.

INSIGHT U TEST I OBJECTION NA NUMBER POINTS

IMPORTANT NOTEE:

• The candidate can submit an objection to the Judicial Academy on the determined number of points, within eight days from the date of publication of the preliminary list on the website of the Judicial Academy.
• Insight into the test can be obtained in two ways - by personally coming to the Judicial Academy, Terazije no. 41, Belgrade (within the time limit defined by the regulations, every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), or by sending a scanned test to the candidate, at the candidate's request.
• The candidate can request that the scanned test be delivered to him by electronic mail.
• In the request for submitting the test, the candidate is obliged to scan and send the confirmation of passing the test, the code he received when submitting the test, in PDF format.
• In the title, he must state: "Application number/ code - request for inspection of the test for judicial trainees".
• The request is sent to the e-mail address ispit.sud@pars.rs 

 

Notes regarding complaints:

• The objection is submitted in writing, on the prescribed form. You can download the complaint formHERE
• The candidate is obliged to fill in, sign, scan and send the form to the address ispit.sud@pars.rs 
• In the title, he must state: "Application number/ code - Objection to the test for judicial trainees" and send a scanned confirmation with the code along with the form.
