The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, as part of the project entitled "Improving the efficiency of the criminal justice system through increasing the efficiency in gathering evidence and implementing international human rights standards", organized a seminar on the application of the principle of non-punishment of victims in Belgrade on November 22, 2024. human trafficking.


Participants in the seminar were judges and assistant judges of misdemeanor courts, as well as public prosecutors and assistant public prosecutors of basic public prosecutor's offices.


The key topic of the seminar was the presentation of the legal framework and recommendations for the implementation of the principle of impunity for victims of human trafficking in Serbia.


The lecturers at the training were:
•    Radmila Dragičević-Dičić, retired judge of the Supreme Court,
•    Tamara Mirović, prosecutor in the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office,
•    prof. Dr. Milan Žarković, professor at the Criminalistics and Police University in Belgrade.
