Taking into account the new legal and bylaws in the field of roads traffic, and in particular the new competencies in traffic accidents, the judicial academy is 13. and 14. October 2025. years, organized two-day training under the name "Traffic Accident Examination Course".

The training was intended for judges and prosecutors who act in cases of traffic accidents, as well as members of the traffic police.

The training topics included:
- the concept of investigation and method of fixing the accident's place;
- elements of investigative documentation;
- practical problems in performing investigation from the angle of the expert expert;
- elements of traffic routology;
- Practical problems of performing investigation and omissions observed during the investigation of traffic accidents (examples from practice).

The lecturers at the training were:
- Dr. Dragan Obradović, a permanent lecturer of the Judicial Academy and the Reference to the High Court in Valjevo;
- prof. Dr. Krsto Lipovac, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, Faculty of Transport in Belgrade;
- prof. Dr. Milan Vujanic, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, Faculty of Transport in Belgrade;
- prof. Dr. Miladin Nešić, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, Criminal and Police University in Belgrade.
