Based on Art. 67. and 68. Paragraph 1. of the Court's Official Gazette ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 10/23) and Article 2 of the Ordinance on the Procedure Procedure Procedure ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 92/17), Ministry of Justice) The Public Competition For Fill Working Places Kid-Up Trainee has been advertised.

The competition was published in the "Official Gazette of RS" number 75/04 of 06. September 2024. years. Years. With this public competition, courts and prosecutors across Serbia, which receive trainees in employment, including the number of available vacancies per court or prosecutor's offices. 

The candidate testing is conducted by the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia.

The competition was announced for jobs in a total of 74 public prosecutors' offices. A total of 201 trainee competed, for 76 open jobs, and 437 applications were submitted. 

• The position of Belgrade - the exam was called 51 candidates. The exam is taken in the building of the National Assembly, King Milana no. 14 in Belgrade
• The place of laying Kragujevac - 60 candidates are called on the exam. The exam is taken at the hotel "Šumarice", Desankin Venac bb, Kragujevac
• The place of laying Nis - 68 candidates were invited to the exam. The exam is taken at the "Tami Residence" Hotel Durmitorska Prilaz No.1, - (Hall of Constantine, entrance from Paraćina 53), in Nis
• The place of laying Novi Sad - 22 candidates are called on the exam. The exam is taken in the building of the Court of Appeals in Novi Sad, Sutjeska 3, (Hall on the third floor)

Matter NoticeableE:

The candidate may submit an objection to the Judicial Academy at the established number of points, within eight days from the day of publication of the preliminary list on the Judicial Academy site.

An insight into the test can be achieved in two ways:

• Personal arrival at the Judicial Academy, Terazije no. 41, Belgrade (within the timeframe defined by the regulations, every working day from 09:00 to 15:00), or 
• By sending the scanned test to the candidate, at the request of the candidate. 
  • The candidate may require that the test test is submitted by e-mail.
  • The candidate is obliged to record the test for submission of the test, a certificate of testing the test, the code he received when handing over the test, in PDF format. 
  • In the title, it is obliged to state: "Number of applications / Code - request for insight into the test for prosecutorial trainees".
  • The request is sent to Exclusively to the e-mail addressispit.jt@pars.rs  

Notes on the complaint:

• The objection is submitted in writing, on the prescribed form. You can download the objection form here
• The candidate is obliged to complete the form, sign, scan and send exclusively to the addressispit.jt@pars.rs 
• The in title is obliged to specify: "Number of applications / Code - Objection to the Prosecutorial Civil Engineer" and sends a scanned certificate with the code.
