Deciding on the property claim of the injured party as part of the judgment in war crimes cases
In partnership withOSCE mission in Serbia andUnited Nations Development Program (UNDP) and within the project "Support for the monitoring of domestic trials for war crimes (phase III)", financed with the support of the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), in the "Moskva" hotel in Belgrade a round table was held on the topic of deciding property claims in criminal proceedings in war crimes cases.
In addition to the exchange of expert opinion, the goal of the round table was reflected in raising the professional capacities of the specialized War Crimes Department of the Higher and Appellate Courts in Belgrade, as well as the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes.
The exhibitors were:
