In partnership withOSCE mission in Serbia andUnited Nations Development Program (UNDP) and within the project "Support for the monitoring of domestic trials for war crimes (phase III)", financed with the support of the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), in the "Moskva" hotel in Belgrade a round table was held on the topic of deciding property claims in criminal proceedings in war crimes cases.

In addition to the exchange of expert opinion, the goal of the round table was reflected in raising the professional capacities of the specialized War Crimes Department of the Higher and Appellate Courts in Belgrade, as well as the Public Prosecutor's Office for War Crimes.

The exhibitors were:

- Tatjana Lagumdžija, public prosecutor of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office and former Chief Public Prosecutor in the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office in Novi Sad

- Ljubica Milutinović, retired judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Serbia

- Enida Hadžiomerović, judge, Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

- Marijana Čobović, prosecutor, Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina
