As part of the regular training program, the Judicial Academy, within the regular training program, organized a one-day seminar on the topic of "Disclosing issues in the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law".

The seminar was held on April 24, 2025. in the Sali Judicial Academy in Belgrade, was intended for judges and judges from Combarian Courts in Belgrade, Pancevo, Pažarevac and Valjevo, as well as judicial assistants of the Commercial Court of Appeals.

Lecturers at the seminar were:
- Nikola Ivčevski, Judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals
- Jasmina Đurđević, Judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals

In the framework of the workshop, participants had the opportunity to analyze and solve specific disputes related to the implementation of the bankruptcy law.
