The Judicial Academy, according to the regular Program for professional development of commercial court judges and judicial assistants, organized a one-day seminar on the topic: "Controversial issues in the application of the Law on Enforcement and Security". The seminar was held on June 7, 2024 in the hall of the Judicial Academy in Belgrade, and the participants were judges and judicial assistants of commercial courts in Belgrade, Pančevo, Požarevac, Valjevo, as well as judicial assistants of the Commercial Court of Appeal. On this occasion, participants resolved disputed issues in the application of the Law on Enforcement and Security through the workshop.

The lecturers at this seminar were judges of the Commercial Court of Appeal, Tatjana Vlaisavljević and Jovan Kordić.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
