Interactive workshop on the topic of new approaches in the extraction of microtraces during forensic processing of crime scenes
In partnership with OSCE mission in Serbia, on May 19, 2023, at the Kaštel Hotel in Ečka, an interactive workshop was held on the topic of new approaches in the extraction of microtraces during forensic processing of crime scenes. The workshop was organized for public prosecutors from the area of Novi Sad appeal and forensic technicians from regional police administrations.
Through the prosecution and proof of certain criminal acts, the program is specifically focused on the powers of the public prosecutor in relation to the police according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, practical examples of exercising the powers of the public prosecutor in relation to the police according to valid normative solutions, with special reference to the evidentiary action of the investigation and improvement knowledge of public prosecutors in the field of criminalistics.
