Minors as perpetrators of crimes and juvenile persons damaged by the criminal
In cooperation with the Law Commerce with the Niša Bar Association, 22. February at the Nisa Hotel, held training on "minors as perpetrators of crimes and juveniles are damaged by criminal offense." The training was attended by lawyers from the territory of Nis Appeal.
The topics they are processed at this training were:
- Reasons for the adoption of a new law on juvenile perpetrators and protection of minors in criminal proceedings
