In cooperation with the Law Commerce with the Niša Bar Association, 22. February at the Nisa Hotel, held training on "minors as perpetrators of crimes and juveniles are damaged by criminal offense." The training was attended by lawyers from the territory of Nis Appeal.

The topics they are processed at this training were: 

• Reasons for the adoption of a new law on juvenile perpetrators and protection of minors in criminal proceedings
• Material law in the law on minor perpetrators of criminal offenses and criminal law protection, selection and imposition of criminal sanctions against juveniles
• Process provisions from the law on minor perpetrators of criminal offenses and criminal law protection of minors and their application in practice
• Some problems in the implementation of the law on minor perpetrators of crimes and protection of minors in criminal proceedings
• Practice and Material and Process Aspect Cases
• European Convention on Human Rights with reference to the concept of "Judiciary customs" judge "
