The prime minister and members of the new government passed the oath in the presence of the President of the Assembly, Deputies, as well as the President of the Republic of Aleksandar Vučić. The text of the oath is: "I swear to the loyalty to the Republic of Serbia and my honor, I will respect the Constitution and the Law, that I will be able to perform the position of the government conscientiously, responsible and be committed to preserving Kosovo and Metohija within the Republic of Serbia".

After laying oath, the President and members of the Government signed the text of the oath and handed it to the Presidents of the National Assembly Ana Brnabić, which completed a special session at which a new government was elected.
