Based on Art. 67. and 68. Paragraph 1. of the Court's Official Gazette ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 10/23) and Article 2 of the Ordinance on the Procedure Procedure Procedure ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 92/17), Ministry of Justice) has been advertised by Public Competition for Fill Working Places Judicial Trainee.

The competition was published in the "Official Gazette of RS" number 75/04 of 06. September 2024. years. Years. With this public competition, courts and prosecutors across Serbia, which receive trainees in employment, including the number of available vacancies per court or prosecutor's offices. 

The candidate testing is conducted by the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia.

The competition was announced for jobs in a total of 109 courts. A total of 314 candidates competed, for 130 open jobs, and 775 applications were submitted. 

• The place of deposit Belgrade - 83 candidates were called on the exam. The exam is taken in the building of the National Assembly, King Milan no. 14 in Belgrade
• The place of laying Kragujevac - 87 candidates were called on the exam. The exam is taken at the hotel "Šumarice", Desankin Venac bb, Kragujevac
• The place of laying Nis - 103 candidates were invited to the exam. The exam is taken at the "Tami Residence" Hotel Durmitorska Prilaz No.1, - (Hall of Constantine, entrance from Paraćina 53), in Nis
• The place of laying Novi Sad - 41 candidates were called for the exam. The exam is taken at the Novi Sad Fair, the main entrance of the fair, the Congress Center "Master", Sale 5 and 6

Candidates take the exam in front of the cameras and with a direct video transmission through the official jutjub of the Judicial Academy Channels.

For technical reasons, live broadcasting in Nis, take place parallel in two halls, through two channels. Screening of laying from auxiliary june channel - trainings.pars will be transferred to the main channel after the exam is completed.

Matter NoticeableE:
The candidate may submit an objection to the Judicial Academy at the established number of points, within eight days from the day of publication of the preliminary list on the Judicial Academy site.

An insight into the test can be achieved in two ways:

• Personal arrival at the Judicial Academy, Terazije no. 41, Belgrade (within the timeframe defined by the regulations, every working day from 09:00 to 15:00), or 
• By sending the scanned test to the candidate, at the request of the candidate. 
• The candidate may require that the test test is submitted by e-mail.
  • The candidate is obliged to in the request for delivery of the test, SKenira and sends a certificate of test surrender, the code he received when handing over the test, in PDF format. 
  • In the title is obliged to state: "Number of applications / Code - request for insight into the test for prosecutorial trainees".
  • The request is sent to Exclusively to the e-mail addressispit.sud@pars.rs
