In cooperation with the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia and National Alliance for Economic Development (NADE), on October 16, 2023, the second theme of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement and the Project for Good Governance was implemented for the third time. The topic of this part of the project is "Basic terms and rules of procedure in the field of public procurement". The third group of judges and assistant judges of the Administrative Court from Kragujevac and Niš attended the training.

The second topic of the project was presented for the third time by lecturers prof. Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and Blaženka Stojanović, a consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL). They talked about the basic concepts in the new law, as well as the rules of different types of procedures within public procurement, their specificities, doubts in the interpretation of certain provisions of the law, etc.
