Public procurement - judicial protection
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the partner of the National Alliance for Local Development (NADE), on the project "Effective public procurement in the service of economic growth", organized a one-day training on the topic: "Public procurement - judicial protection". The training was held on November 2, 2023 in Niš for judges and judicial assistants of commercial courts from Niš, Kragujevac, Kraljevo and Leskovac.
The lecturers were:
- Aleksandra Krivokapić, assistant director of the Office for Public Procurement
- Snežana Leposavić, head of the Group for Monitoring the Implementation of Regulations on Public Procurement
- Vesna Gojković Milin, deputy president and member of the Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures
- Svetlana Ražić, deputy president and member of the Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures
- Tatjana Vlaisavljević, judge of the Commercial Court of Appeal
The participants were presented with the following topics:
- amendments to the Law on Public Procurement
- institutional cooperation
- irregularities in the public procurement procedure
- jurisdiction of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures in connection with contract cancellation
- judicial practice of commercial courts in public procurement procedures
