WE NOTIFY CANDIDATES that the ORALLY part of the entrance exam is scheduled for September 12, 13 and 14, 2023, according to the following SCHEDULE PASSING
It is important that every candidate is informed about where he is group, that is, at what time and on what day he takes the test.
The groups are composed of as per three candidate.
Each candidate draws a task from a criminal or civil matter.
Appropriate regulations can be entered in the concept writing room in printed format.
Access to electronic regulations is provided in the concept writing room, so bringing in and using laptops and tablets is prohibited.
Candidates will apply in the library of the Judicial Academy. Candidates who are waiting for the exam or preparation can watch the oral part of the exam, through direct transmission which is provided, in the entrance hall of the Academy, on the first floor.
In order to increase transparency, the Judicial Academy will broadcast live the oral part of the entrance exam by day. The broadcast will be streamed via the official YouTube channel Judicial Academies - channel Belgrade.
EXAMINATION COMMISSION
The exam is taken before a five-member commission with the following composition::
Bojana Paunović, judge of the Supreme Court
Branka Dražić, judge of the Supreme Court
Irena Vuković, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade
Leposava Vujanović Porubović, public prosecutor in the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade and
Mladen Nenadić, Chief Public Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime
Independent, impartial, professional, efficient and accountable judiciary.
Mission
Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.
Goal
Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
