WE NOTIFY CANDIDATES that the ORALLY part of the entrance exam is scheduled for September 12, 13 and 14, 2023, according to the following SCHEDULE PASSING

 
 
 

All candidates who have passed the oral part of the entrance exam, according to Rulebook on the manner and content of the entrance exam (Articles 12, 13, and 14), are invited to take a look SCHEDULE PASSING ORAL WORKS RECEIVING EXAM in order to be informed in time about the day and time of the exam, given that the exam will be taken three days, that is September 12, 13 and 14, 2023.

Oral exam, all candidates apply to Belgrade - Building Judicial academies, Street Terasius no. 41

September 12, 13 and 14, 2023 starting in 9:00 am. 

The candidate is obliged to appear no later than 30 minutes before the beginning of the designated term for writing the concept.

    • Candidates will be allowed to use literature during concept preparation.

Candidates are divided into groups - see SCHEDULE PASSING ORAL WORKS RECEIVING EXAM

  • It is important that every candidate is informed about where he is group, that is, at what time and on what day he takes the test.
  • The groups are composed of as per three candidate.
  • Each candidate draws a task from a criminal or civil matter.
  • Appropriate regulations can be entered in the concept writing room in printed format.
  • Access to electronic regulations is provided in the concept writing room, so bringing in and using laptops and tablets is prohibited.

Candidates will apply in the library of the Judicial Academy.  Candidates who are waiting for the exam or preparation can watch the oral part of the exam, through direct transmission which is provided, in the entrance hall of the Academy, on the first floor.

In order to increase transparency, the Judicial Academy will broadcast live the oral part of the entrance exam by day. The broadcast will be streamed via the official YouTube channel Judicial Academies - channel Belgrade.

EXAMINATION COMMISSION

The exam is taken before a five-member commission with the following composition::

  1. Bojana Paunović, judge of the Supreme Court
  2. Branka Dražić, judge of the Supreme Court
  3. Irena Vuković, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade
  4. Leposava Vujanović Porubović, public prosecutor in the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade and
  5. Mladen Nenadić, Chief Public Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime

The evaluation criteria are:

  • Mode of presentation
  • Legal argumentation
  • The quality of the conclusion

The oral part of the exam is graded from 1 to 10.
