This seminar was attended by judges and judicial assistants of commercial courts of the Novi Sad Appellate Commercial Courts.

The seminar on Inadmissible Execution was a combination of lectures, including a presentation and a workshop with questions and discussion.

The lecturers on this training were Mladen Nikolić and Tatjana Vlaisavljević, judges of the Commercial Appellate Court in Belgrade.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
