Training of judges of misdemeanor courts in connection with the application of guidelines for effective decision-making in less complex cases with misdemeanors in the field of public procurement
The training was held in Nis on May 28. 2024 in the "Tami Rezident" hotel, and the participants were representatives of the misdemeanor courts of appeal in Nis.
The training covered the following topics:
- The basicsof the Law on Public Procurement ("Official Gazette of the RS" no. 91/2019 and 92/2023) with reference to the amendments that entered into force on January 1, 2024. years,
- Presentation of Guidelines for decision-making in cases of outdated and decriminalized offenses from the Law on Public Procurement - with models of court decisions,
- Decriminalized misdemeanors in the field of public procurement and statute of limitations of the misdemeanor procedure,
- General procedural and legal aspects of the misdemeanor procedure for misdemeanors that are not a complex factual and legal issue,
- Guidelines for dealing with individual offenses that are not a complex factual and legal issue.
- The most common reasons for annulment of decisions in second-instance proceedings in connection with proceedings against perpetrators of offenses prescribed by the Law on Public Procurement.
