Workshop for initial training beneficiaries on the topic of members of members 3 and 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights
The judicial academy is with supportCouncil of Europe Offices in Belgrade Organized a workshop on the topic of members of 3 and 6 European Convention on Human Rights.
Through an incentive presentation, a discussion and analysis of the case study were processed by Articles 3 and 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights with a focus on the application of these members in domestic and international case law as well as the relevant law of the European Court of Human Rights.
The target group of participants were the beneficiaries of the initial training of the twelfth generation from the area of Novi Sad, Niska and Kragujevac appeals.
The lecturer at the workshop was Milan Bajić, advisor in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Serbia.
The participants welcomed Dina Dobrković, project coordinator at the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade.
The Judicial Academy uses once again to thank the Office of the Council of Europe in Belgrade in cooperation and support in the development and implementation of the Judicial Academy Training Program.
