Competition for selection of candidates to be admitted to the initial training

The application for taking the entrance exam is to be submitted to the Judicial Academy in line with the deadline indicated in the public announcement.

The candidate is to submit:

  • Application
  • Certified photocopy of the diploma of the Faculty of Law,
  • Certified photocopy of the certificate of the bar examination passed,
  • Certificate of citizenship.

If the candidate has changed his/her personal name after acquiring the diploma or the certificate of the bar examination passed, he/she is also to submit, with the application, the excerpt from the register of marriages or the decision on the change of personal name.

The Academy will notify the candidate about the date and venue of the exam taking at the address he/she indicated in the application, not later than 10 days prior to the commencement of taking of the entrance exam, as well as about the cash amount that is to be paid in for the costs of taking of the entrance exam.

Tentative programme of the entrance exam

The applications are to be submitted either personally or by registered mail within 15 days as of the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 70, dated 2 October 2019, to the address: Judicial Academy, #41, Terazije Street, Belgrade. If the candidate is submitting the application personally, he/she can do that on every working day from 08:00 to 15:30 hours.
