Digital forensics
As part of the Project "Building the capacity of criminal justice actors for better implementation of legislation" which the Judicial Academy is realizing in cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, the third seminar on the topic of digital forensics was held in the M Hotel in Belgrade. As there are more and more cases in which digital forensic techniques are needed for the successful collection of evidence, the emphasis of this training module is on digital forensics and working with experts from the forensic center of the MUP. The updated "Guidelines for the collection of digital forensic evidence" developed in 2022 were presented at the training.
The lecturers at the training were:

- Marko Pljakić, senior expert associate in the Special Department for High-Tech Crime of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade
- Predrag Korać, Head of the Department for Electronic and IT Forensic Expertise, National Center for Criminal Forensics, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia
- Bogdan Mladenović, forensic expert, Department of Electronic and IT Forensic Expertise, National Center for Criminal Forensics, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia
- Dejan Ćirković, Head of Department, Department of Electronic and IT Forensic Expertise, National Center for Criminal Forensics, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia
