The Judicial Academy is in cooperation with the partner of the National Alliance for Local Development - NALED on the project "Effective public procurement in the service of economic growth", organized a series of trainings.
Three one-day trainings were organized for civil servants in courts and prosecutor's offices from the areas of Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš, who act as contracting authorities in the public procurement procedure, on the topic: "Public procurement for courts and prosecutor's offices as contracting authorities in the procedure" on May 18 in Novi Sad, June 2 in Kragujevac and June 8 in Niš.
There were female lecturers Aleksandra Krivokapić, Snežana Leposavić, Mirjana Gobeljić from the Office for Public Procurement who presented the following topics:
- Public procurement procedures (open procedure, restrictive procedure, negotiation procedure without announcing a public invitation,
- procurements to which the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement do not apply),
- work on the Public Procurement Portal,
- criteria for the selection of bidders,
- changes and termination of contracts on public procurement, green public procurement.
During the training, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the lecturers and thus solve their dilemmas as clients in courts and prosecutor's offices.
