The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, on April 17, 2024, held a one-day seminar for judges and court spokespersons on the topic: "Free access to information of public importance".

The lecturer at this training was the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Mr. Milan Marinković.

The training covered the following topics:
- the action of authorities upon requests for access to information of public importance;
- the action of the commissioner upon appeal;
- abuse of the right to access information of public importance;
- amendments to the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance.
