The training was provided to the Academy beneficiaries from the territory of the Novi Sad appellate jurisdiction according to the following schedule and topics:

The keynote speech
Basic principles of administrative procedure, administrative actions, and basic rules of administrative procedure
The first-instance procedure – the decision, conclusion, and legal expedients
Special cases of removal and amendment of the decision
Administrative enforcement, administration of law, transitional and final provisions
Discussion

The lecturers within this training were Sanja Vujačić, the Head of the Administrative Law Section of the Judicial Academy, and Zoran Lončar, Ph.D., the Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University in Novi Sad.
