Judicial Academy in cooperation with the missionof the OSCE in the Republic of Serbia, on 17.06. In 2024, it organized the first of a total of four planned trainings on "Administrative Procedure and Administrative Disputes", intended for participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy.

The lecturers at this seminar were:

  • Zurab Sanikidze - head of the rule of law department at the OSCE Mission to the Republic of Serbia,
  • Dobrosav Milovanović, full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade
  • Radojka Marinković, judge of the Administrative Court and president of the Administrative Court
