The Judicial Academy, within the regular professional development program for the judges of Commerce and Judges, organized a one-day seminar on the topic "Disputes in implementationBankruptcy Law“.

The seminar was held 17. April 2025. years in Novi Sad, and participants were judges and judges' assistants of commercial courts from the territory of Novi Sad appeal.

Participants considered and solved disputed issues that arise in practice during the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law.
Lecturers at the seminar were:

Jasmina Djurdjevic, JudgeCommercial Court of Appeals,
Nikola Ivčevski, JudgeCommercial Court of Appeals.

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
