The project will result in the adoption of a Manual for judges to work with children in civil proceedings, as well as the adoption of a plan and program of specialized training for judges, which will be mutually harmonized.
In particular, practice will be dealt with within the manual of the European Court of Human Rights and the standards that the Court applies in its proceedings. In addition, bearing in mind that the Judicial Academy develops a multisectoral approach in its work, the planned training will also apply to prosecutors and professionals in the field of social protection.
A team of prominent judges and professors who deal with children's rights, as well as employees of the Judicial Academy from the Department for Research and Improvement of Education, participate in the development of the manual.
