The topics that were covered were:
• Preparation of a child for the court – the role of the court in the preparation of a child for the court
• Hearing a child, free expression of the opinions of the child in the court (formation and expression of opinions, evaluation of opinions, communication with the child)
• Handing over and removal of a minor child – the process of planning of the procedure and participants
• Assessment of the best interest of the child
• Joint and individual exercising of parental rights
• The child’s rights
• Proceedings in lawsuits for the protection of the child’s rights, exercising or deprivation of parental rights
• Civil law protection from domestic violence
 At the end of the training, the participants took the test with the questions from the above mentioned areas.

Olivera Pejak Prokeš – a judge of the Appellate Court in Novi Sad
Tanja Pavlović Nedeljković – a judge of the Appellate Court in Kragujevac. 

The same event was also organized in Belgrade, on 25 and 26 September 2019.
