Training in the field of financial forensics - practical part
Judicial Academy, in accordance with the Judiciary Development Strategy for the period 2020-2025. continues to design a modern and sustainable training system in the field of financial forensics for holders of judicial and prosecutorial functions.
The aim of the training program is to provide participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities for efficient structuring, use and control of financial flows and transfers, for the sake of legal, effective and efficient protection of the rule of law.
The content of the training program includes five (5) teaching modules.
The Judicial Academy is on June 10, 2022 in the hall Court of Appeal in Nis, organized the practical part of the first teaching module "Corruption, fraud and public procurement" for judges and prosecutors from the area of Niš appeal.
