Workshop for initial training users: "Application of members 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights"
In cooperation, the Judicial Academy organized a workshop on "Application of Articles 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights" for the initial training of the twelfth generation from the area of Novi Sad, Niska and Kragujevac appeals.
Through interactive presentation, the discussion and analysis of the case study were processed by Articles 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, with a focus on their implementation in domestic and international case law, as well as the relevant law of the European Court of Human Rights.
The lecturer at the workshop was Milan Bajić, a senior legal advisor for the harmonization of case law in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Serbia.
The participants welcomed Dina Dobrković, project coordinator at the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade.
The Judicial Academy uses once again to thank the Office of the Council of Europe in Belgrade in cooperation and support in the development and implementation of the Judicial Academy Training Program.
