Writing indictments
In Novi Sad, at the "Sheraton" hotel, on March 31 and April 1, 2022, a seminar was held on the topic: "Writing indictments". It is about the continuation of activities in partnership with Office for International Assistance, Advancement and Professional Training in the Judiciary (UPDATE) of the US Department of Justice.
The seminar was attended by deputy public prosecutors, and the lecturers were:

- Leposava Vujanović-Porubović, deputy senior public prosecutor in Belgrade

- Goran Jović, deputy prosecutor for organized crime
- David Rhys Jennings, Resident Legal Counsel, OPDAT, US Embassy in Belgrade (Federal Prosecutor)

- Structure and purpose of the explanation
At the seminar, the participants had the opportunity to, through work in small groups, process the following areas in a practical way:
- Clear written expression
- Application of the FIRAC method
- Using an informal order of evidence
- Writing sentences of the indictment
- Reasoning in practice
