The Chamber of Public Bailiffs of the Republic of Serbia is a professional association of public bailiffs, which consists of all public bailiffs. The Chamber operates as a non-profit association and has the status of a legal entity with powers determined by the Law and the Statute of the Chamber.

The Chamber performs the following tasks:

• Adopts the Statute and Code of Ethics of public executors and other regulations and general and individual acts;
• Protects the reputation and honor and rights of public officials;
• Ensures that public bailiffs and their deputies perform their activities conscientiously and legally and initiates disciplinary proceedings against public bailiffs and deputy bailiffs;
• Represents public bailiffs and their deputies before state authorities, for the purpose of protecting public bailiffs;
• Conducts initial training of candidates for public enforcement and regular training and other forms
• Professional training of public executors and deputy public executors and organizes professional meetings, seminars and counseling;
• Cooperates with enforcement chambers of other countries;
• Undertakes all measures to improve and affirm the judicial profession of public enforcement officers;
• Submits initiatives for amendments and additions to all acts and regulations of importance for the profession of public executioners, i.e. for amendments and additions to laws and by-laws of importance for more efficient and rational implementation of enforcement and security in the Republic of Serbia;
• Organizes the production and publication of magazines and professional literature in the field of the scope of work of public executors;
• Organizes and ensures the management and storage of all data and records of the Chamber in accordance with the law and other regulations, and performs the powers and other tasks established by the Law and the Statute.

Bearing in mind the role of the Judicial Academy in ensuring the continuous education of holders of judicial functions in the Republic of Serbia, as well as the legal obligations of enforcement officers for continuous professional training, the Academy and the Chamber of Enforcement Officers signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of training and professional development of enforcement officers.

The partnership that is the subject of this Memorandum aims to develop long-term cooperation, which is particularly reflected in the provision of professional support of the Academy of the Chamber of Executors for the purpose of organizing and implementing the training program of executors. Mutual professional cooperation is developed on an equal basis, with maximum protection of professional, moral and material interests. both sides.
