On December 15, 2017, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia announced in the "Official Gazette of RS", number 112/17, a public competition for filling the positions of judge and prosecutor trainees.

This public competition includes courts and prosecutor's offices throughout the Republic of Serbia that accept interns, including the number of available vacancies in each of the courts and prosecutor's offices.

Based on Article 8 "Rulebook on the procedure for the admission of judicial trainees", as well as "Rulebook on the procedure for the admission of trainee prosecutors" (Official Gazette No. 92/2017), adopted on October 12, 2017, the entrance exams are conducted by the Judicial Academy, and in accordance with Entrance exam program for judge and prosecutor interns which was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Judicial Academy  on November 8, 2017. years

In the future, the Judicial Academy will post all information, news, necessary documents, etc. on this page of the website. so that the courts, prosecutor's offices and candidates who will apply for taking the exams, have all the necessary, timely and valid information related to taking the announced exams!

In accordance with Article 16 of the Rulebook on the procedure for the admission of prosecutors  of trainees ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 92/2017) the ranking lists of the candidates according to success in the entrance exam were submitted, which were forwarded to the competent public prosecutor's offices, and on June 18, 2018.

INSIGHT IN THE TEST AND OBJECTION ON THE NUMBER POINTS

The candidate has the right to inspect his test. Insight into the test can be achieved in two ways:

By personal arrival at the Judicial Academy, at the address Terazije no. 41, Belgrade (within the time limit of every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), or by sending a scanned test to the candidate

PASSING RECEIVING EXAM FOR PROSECUTORS INTERNSHIPS - NOTICES FOR CANDIDATES

Dear candidates,

After collecting, processing and correcting all the data you left in the prosecutor's office when applying for the competition announced by the Ministry of Justice - PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR FILLING OUT WORKING PLACES PROSECUTOR'S INTERNSHIP ("Official Gazette of the RS", number 112/17 of 15 December 2017).

The Judicial Academy determined: 
The exam for PROSECUTORS INTERNSHIPS will be held on May 29, 2018. years
with the beginning of the exam at 11:00 a.m

Candidates are required to be in front of the exam room at least 45 minutes before the start of the exam in order to establish their identity. Candidates are required to bring a public document with a photo, in order to establish their identity. After the identification, the candidate receives an identification form.

ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS FOR CANDIDATES WHICH ONE I'M PASSING ADMISSION EXAM FOR JUDGES INTERNSHIPS

Due to the great interest after the published PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR FILLING OUT WORKING PLACES OF JUDGES INTERNSHIP and the published PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR FILLING OUT WORKING PLACES PROSECUTOR'S INTERNSHIP, we were approached by a large number of candidates with various questions.

In this way, we would like to answer several of the most frequently asked questions, in order to give the answers as precisely as possible and reduce the confusion of interested candidates.

Also, it should be emphasized that, according to the adopted regulations, the Judicial Academy is obliged to organize the entrance exam.

1. The tables that candidates can see on our website are intended for courts and prosecutors' offices as a form of entering the necessary data to the Judicial Academy about candidates, and for the purposes of high-quality and successful recording of candidates in order to efficiently conduct the test.

2. NOT candidates send applications, documents, etc. to the Judicial Academy. nor do they apply to take the exam through the Judicial Academy. Candidates submit applications and all necessary documents exclusively to the courts and/or prosecutor's offices that are on the list of announced PUBLIC COMPETITION.

3. NOT candidates send the average grade of their undergraduate studies to the Judicial Academy, but present that information to the courts and/or prosecutors' offices as part of the application and required documents.

4. The Judicial Academy has not prescribed any official application form intended for candidates - Point 2. Also, the Judicial Academy does not obtain any evidence of the validity of the candidate's documentation, because that is the competence of the courts or the prosecution. All the information needed by the Judicial Academy will be provided by the courts and prosecutor's offices at the end of the competition, where the candidates applied.

5. The Judicial Academy does not decide on the possibility of additional points on any basis, which is defined by the Law and regulations adopted by the Ministry, where, among other things, the method of scoring and evaluating candidates is clearly and unambiguously defined.

Candidates CAN apply for both PLACE JUDGE and PLACE PROSECUTOR INTERNSHIP, provided that they are obliged to indicate to each court and/or prosecutor's office in which courts/prosecutors they applied for the trainee position. If they apply for both the prosecutor's office and the court, in that case they take the test for both the court and the prosecutor's office.

The date of the entrance exam WILL BE PUBLIC PUBLISHED ON THE FOREIGN SITE JUDICIAL ACADEMIES, reserved precisely for the purposes of informing candidates and holding the said exams.
