Acting on the Request of the State Audit Institution dated January 12, 2024. years, The Board of Directors of the Judicial Academy held a session on January 24, 2024. considered the request for the dismissal of the director and unanimously concluded that the conditions for the dismissal of the responsible person, the director of the Judicial Academy, Nenad Vujić, in the sense of Article 15, paragraph 1, indent four, were not metof the Law on the Judicial Academy. 


The Board of Directors of the Judicial Academy, in accordance with Article 40, paragraph 13 of the Law on the State Audit Institution, decided within the legally prescribed period and informed the State Audit Institution of its decision.
