Contents of the programme for all the four days:
The first day – on 24 Sept. 2019, General (introduction and basic issues of environmental protection, basic principles of environmental protection, protection of some parts of environment in the legal system of Serbia...), the lecturer: Prof. Mirjana Drenovak-Ivanović, Ph.D.;
The second day – on 30 Sept. 2019, Special part (the civil law environmental protection, the emphasis on ecological damage and presentation of the draft Law on Liability for Damage in the Environment), the lecturers: Sreten Đorđević, Attorney-at-law, and Tina Janjatović, a representative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection;
The third day – 7 Oct. 2019, Special part (the civil law environmental protection and ecological criminal offences), the lecturer: a Judge of the Appellate Court, Belgrade, Siniša Važić;
The fourth day – 14 Oct. 2019, Special part (economic offences with an environmental protection element), the lecturer: Deputy Appellate Public Prosecutor Branislava Vučković.
The method of work includes presentations, presentation of court cases, as well as solving of hypothetical cases within the workshop in order to achieve interaction between the participants and the lecturers.
After the completion of the basic training, to the participants, who regularly attended all the four days of training, which constitute a unit, will be awarded the certificates of the Judicial Academy of participation at the four-day training.
