On Monday, May 20, 2024, the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation withNational Alliance for Local Economic Development (NADE), for the third time presented the third topic of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement and the Project for Good Administration, entitled "Protection of rights before the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures - Administrative dispute related to public procurement". The training was attended by the third group of judges and assistant judges of the Administrative Court from Kragujevac and Niš, and was held in the courtroom of the Administrative Court department in the Palace of Justice building in Kragujevac. 

Those present were greeted by Nikola Komšić, representative of NALED, and Maja Josifov, representative of the Judicial Academy, reminding them that this training is a continuation of the aforementioned project. 

The lecturers were: prof. Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and Blaženka Stojanović, a consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).
