The project was presented at the "Metropol" hotel in Belgrade United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) called "Justitia", which will be implemented until October 2025, and within which the following activities are planned:

- harmonization of domestic criminal legislation with the UN Protocol on Firearms;
- development of a training course on the investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses related to firearms based on the global UNODC Manual;
- support to institutions in the application of special evidentiary actions;
- harmonization of court practice in cases related to firearms.

The promotion was attended by representatives of relevant ministries, judicial institutions and judicial education institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.

Mission

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Goal

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
