Final exam

The final exam is defined by the Law on the Judicial Academy, namely Articles 37 to 40 of the Law.

 

The Judicial Academy, in its premises, in the period from 2 to 11 October 2023,  organizes the final exam of the eleventh generation of initial training users.

 

After completing the initial training, the users of the initial training take a final exam, which only tests the practical knowledge and abilities acquired during the initial training, namely, to perform the job:

  • judges of the misdemeanor court,
  • of the basic court and
  • Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office.
The final exam is taken before a committee of five members, three of whom are judges and two are prosecutors.
 

Candidates' examination schedule by day

 

The five-member commission consists of:

  1. Milena Rašić, judge of the Supreme Court
  2. Gordana Komnenić, judge of the Supreme Court
  3. Mirjana Grujičić, judge of the High Court in Belgrade
  4. Svetlana Aleksić, judge of the High Court in Belgrade - a special department of the High Court for organized crime
  5. Tomislav Kilibarda, Chief Public Prosecutor of the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade

Candidates will be graded from 1 to 5 with special reference to the following criteria:

  • process management, 
  • legal argumentation i 
  • general impression of the presenter

A user of the initial training, who receives a grade of 1 on the final exam, is considered to have not completed the initial training.
