The aim, subject and content of special programs are more closely defined in the provisionsof the Law on the Judicial Academy.

 

Training of mentors and lecturers

Mentors and lecturers from the ranks of judges and prosecutors attend the training program adopted by the Management Board at the proposal of the Program Council. The Academy issues a certificate of completed training to mentors and lecturers. The certificate is issued on a form determined by an act of the Board of Directors. Mentors and lecturers are obliged to undergo training organized by the Academy.

The content of the training program for mentors and lecturers is designed with the aim of continuous improvement and development of knowledge, skills and attitudes in the field of adult education necessary for successful mentoring and teaching work.

Depending on the knowledge and experience of the mentor or lecturer, the Judicial Academy has developed and implemented several levels of interactive training and workshops for mentors and lecturers.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
