Administrative law of the European Union in the context of the legal system of the Republic of Serbia
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the European Training Network in the Project, the Western Balkans II "20. and 21. February in Belgrade, organized training for lecturers and experts on the topic:" administrative law of the European Union in the The context of the legal system of the Republic of Serbia ". Training for lecturers and experts in the subject area gathered judges of the Administrative Court from the field of all four appeals in Serbia, as well as judges of the Administrative Court of Montenegro.
The training for lecturers and experts from the subject area was opened by Nenad Vujić, director of the Judicial Academy, thanked the project manager of Ms. Vanja Tekić and Support in the organization of seminars, all lecturers and participants. The Judicial Academy is actively working on improving the program in the field of European Union law, so that the importance of the administrative law of the European Union and the importance of this training for participants is especially emphasized.
Key topics that are processed in the form of presentations and workshops in training for lecturers and experts from the subject area were:
