The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to the Republic of Serbia, on October 16, 2024, organized the second of a total of four scheduled trainings on "Administrative Procedure and Administrative Disputes", intended for participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy. The training was held in the hall of the Appellate Court in Novi Sad.

The lecturers at this seminar were:
• Dobrosav Milovanović, full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade
• Radojka Marinković, judge of the Administrative Court and president of the Administrative Court

The topics covered are:
•   Law on Administrative Procedure
-   basic principles of ZUP, first-instance procedure (initiation of procedure), proof, procedure until the adoption of a decision
-   solution and conclusion
-   legal remedies, special cases of annulment, cancellation and change of decision
-   enforcement of decisions in administrative proceedings
•   Law on Administrative Disputes
-   subject and goal of the ZUS, parties, initiation of an administrative dispute, content of the lawsuit, suspensive effect of the lawsuit
-   previous procedure
-   determination of facts and court decisions
-   extraordinary legal remedies
-   execution of judgments of the Administrative Court

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Goal

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
