The seminar was attended by the prosecutors, deputy public prosecutors and prosecutorial assistants of the high and basic prosecutor’s offices from the territory of the Niš appellate jurisdiction.

The topics that were covered within this seminar included:
- The Law on Personal Data Protection, the relationship between the Law and new European rules, sectoral laws;
- Personal datum;
- Data processing, the manager and the processing clerk;
- Principles of personal data processing;
- The rights of the persons whose data are processed and their protection.

The lecturer at this seminar was Prof. Saša Gajin, Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law of Union University in Belgrade.
