Application of principles of impunity for victims of trafficking
In cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, on 10. October 2025. in the hall of the Court of Appeals in Novi Sad, organized a seminar on "Application of the principle of impunity for victims of trafficking."
Participants and participants at the seminar were:
• judges of misdemeanor courts,
• Public prosecutors and public assistants of basic public prosecutor's offices,
• Like the beneficiaries of the initial training of the Judicial Academy.
Key topic of seminar:
• Presentation of the legal framework and recommendations for the implementation of the principle of impunity for victims of trafficking in Serbia.
Lecturers at the seminar were:
• Tamara Mirović, prosecutor in the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office;
• Prof. Dr. Milan Žarković, professor at the Kriminalist-Police University in Belgrade.
