Charter of the European Union on Fitizary Rights in the context of the legal system of the Republic of Serbia
In cooperation with the European Training Network in the Justice, the Judicial Academy, within the project, Western Balkans II "27. February in Belgrade, organized training for lecturers and experts:" Charter of European Union on basic rights in the context of the Legal System of the Republic of Serbia ". Training for lecturers and experts in the subject area gathered judges from all four appeals in Serbia, as well as members of the National Network of Judges and Prosecutors to the European Court of Human Rights in the Republic of Serbia, and also judges from the courts of Montenegro.
Training for lecturers and experts from the subject area were opened by the Supreme Court in Katarina Manojlović, and the European Community Leader (EJTN), as a lawyer's judicial network and high-quality training program in the field of European Union laws, on whose Training constantly works.
Judge Manojlović Andrić thanked all the lecturers and participants, and especially emphasized the importance of quality and various trainings in the field of European Union law, where colleagues can exchange their knowledge and experiences.
The key topics that were processed in training for lecturers and experts from the subject area were:
- The scope and applicability of the Charter of the European Union on Basic Rights (presentations and workshops)
- Journalism and freedom of media from the prospect of the Charter of the European Union on Fiture Rights
- The right to property from the perspective of the Charter of the European Union on Fiture Rights
- Rights of families, children and elderly from the Perspective of the Charter of Basic Rights
- The right to work from the perspective of the Charter of Basic Rights
