The Judicial Academy is 27. and 28. January 2025. in its premises in Belgrade, organized a course on the investigation of traffic accidents. 

This two-day training was intended for judges and public prosecutors who act in cases of traffic accidents, as well as members of the traffic police.

The following topics were processed in training:

• The notion of investigation, methods of fixing the accident's place, elements of investigative documentation;
• Practical problems in the performance of investigations from the aspect of the expert expert;
• Elements of traffic routology;
• Practical problems performing investigation and omissions observed during the performance of traffic accidents - examples from practice.

The lecturers at the training were:

• Dr. Dragan Obradović, a permanent lecturer of the judiciary, retired judges, a senior court in Valjevo;
• Prof. Dr. Krsto Lipovac, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, Faculty of Transport, Belgrade;
• Prof. Dr. Milan Vujanic, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, Faculty of Transport, Belgrade;
• Prof. Dr. Miladin Nešić, B.Sc. Eng. Traffic, criminal and police university, Belgrade.
