The participants of the workshop were the public prosecutors and their deputies from the High Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Offices in Belgrade, Obrenovac and Valjevo as well as the forensic technicians from the local police administrations.
The lecturers were:

- Dr Nataša Radosavljević-Stevanović, the Head of the Department for Physical, Chemical and Toxicological Expert Evaluations of the National Forensic Centre of the Ministry of Interior (the MoI)
- Mrs. Danijela Ilić, Expert Witness for Physical and Chemical Expert Evaluations of the National Forensic Centre of the MoI
- Mrs. Jana Antonijević, Expert in Traceology and Micro-traces of fires and explosions of the MoI of the Republic of Serbia
- Mr. Nenad Aranitović, the Head of the Section for Operational Forensics of the National Forensic Centre of the MoI.
