Criminal environmental protection for judges and prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The two-day event was successfully completed seminar of the Eco-justice project on the topic: "Criminal protection of the environment" on April 15 and 16 in Teslić, for judges and prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It was organized in partnership with the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia, as well as in cooperation with entity centers for the education of judges and prosecutors SHOULD.

On the first day of the seminar, the following were presented: the publication "Judicial practice in the field of environmental protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina", Fatima Mrdović, judgeSupreme Court of FBiH and President of the Department for Judicial Practice and Vera Bjelogrlić, Head of the Department for Judicial Documentation and Education, then legal regulations concerning environmental protection in SHOULD, Petar Pavlović, legal expert, as well as European environmental law with an emphasis on the new Directive on environmental crime, judge Jesús Agustín Pueyo Rodero, memberEuropean networks of environmental judges and prosecutor Katerina Weissova, memberEuropean networks of environmental prosecutors.

The second day of the seminar was dedicated to practical cases such as: Criminal material protection of the environment and environmental crimes prescribed by the CC of the Republic of Serbia, Siniša Važić, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade (retired), Presentation of a hypothetical case and its resolution, from the judge's point of view, Radmila Medaković, judge, Basic Court in Banja Luka and Presentation of a hypothetical case and its resolution, from the point of view of the prosecutor, Dino Redžović, prosecutor, Trebinje District Prosecutor's Office.
