As part of the regular training program, the Judicial Academy, within the regular training program, organized a one-day seminar on the topic of "Disclosing issues in the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law".

The seminar was held in April 20, 2025. year in the Sali Judicial Academy in Nis, and participants were judges and judges' assistants of commercial courts in Nis, Leskovac and Zajecar.

Participants considered and solved disputed issues that arise in practice during the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law.

Lecturers at the seminar were:
- Jasmina Đurđević, Judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals,
- Nikola Ivčevski, judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals.
