As part of the regular training program, the Judicial Academy, within the regular training program, organized a one-day seminar on the topic of "Disclosing issues in the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law".

The seminar was held on 10. April 2025. in the Sali Judicial Academy in Kragujevac, and participants were judges and judges' assistants of Commerce from Kragujevac, Čačak, Kraljevo and Uzice.

Participants considered and solved disputed issues that arise in practice during the implementation of the Bankruptcy Law.

Lecturers at the seminar were:
- Jasmina Đurđević, Judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals,
- Nikola Ivčevski, judge of the Commercial Court of Appeals.
